There's something about cats and kittens in old folks homes that is always endearing. You know what would make this photo better (for me anyways) .. a face, an endearing old woman's wrinkly sparkly eyed face.
That's one cute kitten! Great catchlights. I like how you insolated everything but the kitten and the aged hand.
These pictures from the rest home are just adorable! What a wonderful thing for you to do and a fantastic job capturing the moments.
